We have an exciting panel discussion set up for our September General Meeting.  We will discuss financing, local market conditions, where are the deals? where is the money and more.  If you have specific questions or topics you'd like to cover please email JonathanSwanson@SeaCoastRealty.com and we'll put it on the list.  As we get closer to the meeting we'll narrow the topics and be ready to discuss how we can be succesful in this market. If you'd like to participate as a panelist in this or future panel discussions or round table meetings please let me know.  I'll be glad to get you on the schedule.  Panel disussions and round table disussions have become our favorite format in recent years.  This is a great way to exange a lot of information and learn what works and doesn't work in our local market.
